Prodromos graduated from Higher Technical Institute, Nicosia, Cyprus in 1979 with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. He continued his studies in UK, where he received a B.Sc (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from Portsmouth Polytechnic, an M.Sc in Medical Physics and Electronics from St. Bartholomew’s Hospital University of London, and a PhD in Biophysics from Kings College Hospital. He is employed since 1994 as a Medical Physicist at Nicosia General Hospital and as an Assistant Professor at the European University of Cyprus from 2005. Since 2002 he has been assigned as an expert of the International Atomic Energy Agency. His research interest includes radiation protection, quality assurance and bio-signal analysis. His research work has been published in book chapters, journals papers and conference proceedings.
